SLS 300 powder recycling station
Introduction The SLS 300 Powder Recycling Station (PRS) is an optional accessory scheduled to launch in 2024. This unit works in tandem with the SLS 300 printer to automatically recycle existing unused powder in the system and mixed with new material. It allows the ability to use all materials to maximize your investment while reducing production costs and reducing the need for human intervention. The PRS includes HEPA filters and is designed with sound attenuation allowing for comfortable use in a variety of environments.

With SLS 300, you can accelerate product development and in-house high-volume production with greater flexibility, reduced risk, and lower development and production costs. Small format requires three times less space but has a build volume that is 300% larger than comparable solutions and can complete an entire print job in 24 hours or less.
Integrated touch screen with contextual help helps everyone become an expert
With the Wemote dashboard, you can monitor everything you need on the 13.3-inch touchscreen. A built-in camera lets you monitor print jobs in progress and displays estimated completion time and status. Contextual help guides you through steps like loading fresh powder into the printer, cleaning the chamber, or extracting finished parts from the build.
Load materials safely with patented powder packets
Cartridges refill the printer using a patented design that connects directly and refills through a dedicated inlet on the front of the printer to keep the process dust-free. The new material comes in a cylinder made of sustainable paper and wooden packaging, making it easy to handle and store. Each cylinder includes a QR tag that helps ensure the correct material is loaded into the correct printer.
Stable thermal environment with atmosphere generator
The atmosphere generator is a device that provides improved control of build chamber conditions in the SLS 300 3D printer to increase part density, surface finish and mechanical performance. The atmosphere generator interfaces with the SLS 300’s software and creates a more stable thermal environment during printing.
Effective powder removal with water jet cabinet
Clean and extract powder quickly and conveniently with a water spray gun with various nozzles for cleaning cavities, surfaces and smaller details. The user-friendly design is spacious and well-lit. Integrated humidity control keeps a safe environment along with filters and sterilization for built-in water filtration. The water jet cabinet uses 20 liters of circulating tap water, just plug it in, pour in water and start using. No water connection or drainage required. The water jet reaches pressures up to 100 bar.
Compact size with maximum construction capacity
SLS 300 has a small footprint but offers big opportunities. The printer takes up just 0.45 square meters or 4.8 square meters of floor space without the need for infrastructure. It uses standard power, has a low noise level in the office, and does not require a chiller or hood
