ProJet MJP 2500 Plus, MJP3600 Series and MJP 5600 multi-function 3d printers are manufactured at 3D Systems (USA), imported and distributed in the Vietnamese market by Scantech Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
MJP technology is the perfect combination of 3D Systems’ large print size – precision and ease of use. Professional printers are designed for maximum performance and can be easily placed in factories or offices. MJP technology uses UV light to sinter liquid materials sprayed by over 1000 fine micro nozzles creating realistic prototype parts, functional prototype parts for a wide variety of applications, various parts molds, structures that need to use many different materials, assembly equipment….

SUPPORT MATERIAL STRENGTH

Unlike 3d printers on the market, MJP’s support material can melt in a thermal solution without the use of pressure spraying or manual prying. This is especially important because when printing small parts, thin edges, complex textures … the pressure spray method will break thin walls, making it impossible to clean parts with many interwoven slots or is obscured. The printed material has mechanical properties 90%-98% similar to the original material, helping the product not deform or warp after a period of use. This is a technology that can print many different types of mechanical materials with optimal strength of the support layer.
