Product Description
WHAT’S DIFFERENT AT ATOS Q?
ATOS Q was developed for industrial applications to provide highly accurate 3D data in short measurement times creating traceable measurement results – even in harsh measuring conditions
The most modern optical system makes ATOS Q dustproof and waterproof, making it easy to operate in a measuring room environment or even in the factory.
With its compact design, simple operation, high performance and accuracy, ATOS Q is the top choice for testing, reverse engineering, 3D printing, CFD/FEA analysis, simulation and Other applications in the production process.
1. PERFORMANCE: Data scanning speed: 0.2s/scan measurement. (Regular models will take 1-2 seconds for 1 scan) FAST data processing speed. (10 times faster than competitors and compared to old generation Gom). 2. HIGH RESOLUTION 8M-12M: ATOS Q returns data results in a very short time but with extremely high resolution: 8 million – 12 million pixels/scan |
- ACCURACY LEVEL – REACHING UP TO 20 microns (0.002mm)
The new generation ATOS Q is the perfect integration and optimization of all the most modern and advanced technologies of older scanner generations:
- Floating Camera System with Triple Scan 3 in 1 Principle:
In the same scan, 3D data will be obtained from 3 different shooting angles.
This method helps increase accuracy and reduce the number of scans for objects with complex profiles.
(The error will be inversely proportional to the number of scans ⇒ The more levels you scan, the less accurate it is)
Blulight Equalizer Technology: ATOS Q Uses blue light technology with great intensity. Compared to scanners that use the light fringe principle, Arots Q’s Blulight Equalizer Technology creates smaller light fringes, greater light intensity and more uniformity on the same scanning area. | Blulight Equalizer Technology helps minimize noisy data and increase the ability to identify and analyze the contours of objects in 3-dimensional space. |
Self-Monitoring System: ATOS Q Automatically monitor and issue warnings when measurement conditions are not met. This is done in parallel with the scanning steps:
ATOS Q – Error control between shooting steps ⇒ Measurement is performed automatically, independent of the user | ATOS Q – Probe position control⇒ Object is placed freely |
ATOS Q – Controls vibrations and changes in light intensity ⇒ Helps control measurement errors | ATOS Q – Control the calibration status of the probe ⇒ Ensures highest accuracy |
4. SWAP LENSES SUITABLE FOR EACH PURPOSE OF USE ATOS Q is a versatile 3D scanning device for complex measurement tasks in various industries. Interchangeable sensor lenses accommodate a wide range of measurement sizes with 5 lens options: MV100, MV170, MV270, MV350, MV 500
Flexible interchange of measuring lenses for different product sizes |
5. SOLVE THE MOST COMPLICATED 3D INSPECTION TASK The ATOS Q can be operated manually, or combined semi-automatically with a turntable, or fully automated with the Artos ScanBox 4150
ATOS Q – Manual Operation | ATOS Q – Semi-automatic operation with turntable |
The ARTOS Q automation solution integrated with the professional ScanBox 4150 robotic system meets all complex optical measurement requirements in the fields of automobiles, motorcycles, aerospace… This system automatically controls batch product quality with high efficiency and accuracy |
- COST EFFICIENT:
The investment cost is much more effective than other models with the same configuration and performance
