Overview of the Projet MJP 3500 plus printer

The ProJet MJP 2500 Plus offers additional capabilities, with a wide range of rigid materials available in a number of opaque colors, as well as materials with properties that mimic engineering plastics, elastomers, and are resistant to high temperatures. Applications include concept modeling, form and fit testing, functional prototyping, fluid flow analysis, rapid tooling, jigs and fixtures, and medical applications requiring USP Class VI and/or ISO 10993 certification for biocompatibility.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan – technician at Scantech shared: “3D Systems’ printers have their own characteristics, so the support processing process is also very special. After the printer returns the product, technicians need to mix water with Ez risen (can be replaced with cooking oil) at a ratio of 1/10. The water needs to have a temperature of 65 to 70 degrees Celsius, then directly drop the product into the solution, stirring back and forth until the support layers are completely removed. The time depends on the specific characteristics of the printed model. Its advantage is that the support is completely cleaned with the solution without much manual intervention.“
